Get concrete tools to explore your creativity and turn ideas into results with Jacob Riising's lecture “The Recipe for Creativity - Riising's Seven Ingredients”.
In this entertaining and inspiring talk, Jacob Riising shares over 30 years of experience in the Danish entertainment industry. He has helped develop and shape some of the most beloved universes for children and families such as MGP, Ramasjang and Circus Summarum. He is thus an expert at moving from a loose idea to a finished concept that excites thousands of people.
With warmth, humor and plenty of self-irony, Jacob gives the audience an insight into his personal “recipe” for creativity. He talks about both the successes and failures along the way and shows how creativity is not something mysterious reserved for the few, but an ability we can all strengthen. And this regardless of whether it is about projects, hobbies or dreams that are waiting to be realized.
Along the way, you get concrete grips to think more freely, overcome doubts and dare to take your ideas out into the world. The lecture is vivid, involving and full of recognizable stories from an industry where imagination is allowed to fill. And maybe you go home with renewed inspiration, greater courage to think creatively — and maybe even the desire to create a new creative project yourself?

Skodsborg – a healthy part of Denmark’s history
When you check in at Kurhotel Skodsborg, you are also checking into a piece of fantastic Danish history that is all about retreating for a while and re-energizing your body and mind.
In 1852, King Frederik 7 bought the country house Skodsborg with his wife, Countess Danner, and together they spent their long, relaxing summers here until his death in 1863. Villa Rex was built in 1857 so that the king could hold councils of state, meetings and banquets without leaving the scenic surroundings of Skodsborg. Villa Rex has been renovated with respect for history and is now used for parties and meetings.
