At this special event, we will spend time arriving and preparing body and mind for a deep journey with the breath. We will do conscious meditation, breathing exercises, a deep breathwork session, and slow come back again and finish with a “sharing” and sharing, of what you feel like in confidence. We create profound change each and with each other.
Anyone can participate regardless of gender, age, fitness and experience.

With 25 years as a Holistic Stress Coach, Ayurvedic Therapist and Mentor, Reiki Healer, Certified Breathwork Meditation Facilitator, MA in Spiritual Psychology, Yoga Teacher, Rose Priestess Linage (Divine Feminine), and more, Kristina will guide you, hold space and support you throughout this life-changing session. For 28 years, Kristina has been practicing breathwork meditation every day. It's been the most authentic tool for her, and it's brought about the wildest transformation of my life.
