**About Anne: **
Anne Hjernøe is a journalist, autodidact chef and author of numerous cookbooks. She is particularly known for her healthy cookbooks focusing on a healthier and stronger lifestyle. Anne has also made the TV programmes “AnneMad” and travelled around the world with journalist Anders Agger in the programme series “Anne and Anders”.

Villa Rex was built in 1857 so that the king could hold councils of state, meetings and banquets without leaving the scenic surroundings of Skodsborg. Villa Rex has been renovated with respect for history and is now used for parties and meetings.
