Join us for a training experience with extra pampering when Skodsborg Reformer Studio teams up with Casall, and offers exclusive reforms and hot sal lessons - where strength, balance and well-being meet in a bright, raw and inspiring universe overlooking the Øresund.
Our experienced instructors guide you through exercises that challenge both strength, agility and endurance. The level is for everyone.

What is included
- 60 min. training session on exclusive teams of 11 participants.
- A Casall drinking bottle worth 280 kr.
- A voucher of 100 kr., which can be used in the Spa Shoppen at Kurhotel Skodsborg for selected Casall styles on your training day.
Practical information
Come undressed.
Upon arrival, shoes and outerwear must be placed in the locker room. Here it is also possible to lock smaller personal belongings in valuables.
You will receive your voucher at the training session.
Your voucher of DKK 100 for use in the Spa Shoppen at Kurhotel Skodsborg can only be used on your training day.

In 1852, King Frederik 7 bought the country house Skodsborg with his wife, Countess Danner, and together they spent their long, relaxing summers here until his death in 1863. Villa Rex was built in 1857 so that the king could hold councils of state, meetings and banquets without leaving the scenic surroundings of Skodsborg. Villa Rex has been renovated with respect for history and is now used for parties and meetings.
