Gong Bath Session
We invite you to a sound therapy session focused on balancing and harmonizing your emotional and physical body.
Just lie down and let the sound, vibrations and frequencies work with you. You don't have to do anything, just accept everything that comes by
- every feeling, every sensation, every feeling. Just leave you alone. Let the sound bring you back “IN TUNE”, your natural state.
What is sound healing?
Sound Healing is a pathway through frequencies and vibrations to promote healing and balance.
It addresses different states of our existence, from the physical to the emotional and spiritual levels, using different instruments.
It helps us to be more “IN TUNE” with ourselves and “IN SYNC” with the natural laws and structure.
Sound affects us on so many different levels, from cell function to tissues, hormones, brain waves and the flow of energy in our body.
Sound acts not only in the body, but also on the aura, the bioelectric field around the body.
When the sound healer introduces beneficial frequencies during the sound therapy, the body receives a signal to move towards this frequency and match the “HEALTHY” sound vibration.
The Power of Sound
The power of sound to heal was used by most ancient cultures. Our ancestors knew exactly how to work with the sound and how to help humans bring balance and light into the body. We are very pleased that today scientists are increasingly interested in finding out how sound healing works and how it can be used to treat various diseases.
Edgar Cayce predicted that “SOUND IS THE MEDICINE OF THE FUTURE” Science is advancing rapidly and it will be fascinating to witness new findings about the healing power of sound.
Practical information:
The sound therapy session lasts 1½ hours and is conducted in English.

Skodsborg – a healthy part of Denmark’s history
When you check in at Kurhotel Skodsborg, you are also checking into a piece of fantastic Danish history that is all about retreating for a while and re-energizing your body and mind.
In 1852, King Frederik 7 bought the country house Skodsborg with his wife, Countess Danner, and together they spent their long, relaxing summers here until his death in 1863. Villa Rex was built in 1857 so that the king could hold councils of state, meetings and banquets without leaving the scenic surroundings of Skodsborg. Villa Rex has been renovated with respect for history and is now used for parties and meetings.
